I am Elena Greenberg, a central Iowa attorney and mediator practicing in areas including, but not limited to, collaborative law, family Law, and criminal Law. I provide compassionate, proficient, and forthright legal representation. My office is a place where you can feel comfortable telling me about your circumstances in a confidential setting. I will not judge you, and I will be straightforward with you about your legal options and likely outcomes.

As a collaborative law attorney, I have the training and resources to assist my clients in achieving a comprehensive, voluntary, and peaceful divorce agreement that will help them move forward confidently.

I studied English and Psychology as an undergraduate at the University of Iowa and I graduated from Drake University Law School with a Juris Doctor in 2009. I am a former Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Recovery Unit. I also have internship experience in the Iowa Attorney General’s Office working child abuse registry cases as well as termination of parental rights appeals. I practiced as a student attorney at the Middleton Children’s Rights Clinic and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
