Iowa Collaborative Divorce (ICD) is a consortium of family professionals who offer a divorce process grounded in dignity and respect. Our multidisciplinary professionals have met the training standards of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and participate in ongoing training to ensure we are bringing the latest innovations to Iowa. ICD is the premier resource and provider of collaborative divorce in Iowa.

Our Professional Team Members and their roles

• Coach refers to a mental health professional whose function relates primarily to the emotional dynamics and communications between the client(s)
• Child Specialist refers to a mental health professional whose function relates primarily to the children or other dependent(s) of the client(s)
• Financial Specialist refers to a financial professional whose function relates primarily to the financial concerns of the client(s).
• Collaborative Lawyer refers to a legal professional whose function relates primarily to the legal concerns of the client(s)
• Collaborative Facilitator refers to a mediator whose function relates primarily to facilitation of team meetings and communication between the clients.
